I now have to face them (a company of trans people and other minorities) later tonight for all-hands, & figure out how to not fall apart when I myself am barely holding it together. Can you setup a office in some EU country? That might allow those who can a possibility to migrate, and cost drop in healthcare/childcare etc. might offset some of the possible drops in pay level.

Passports can take a while to get, and for the trans folks, their gender on their passport might become an issue in the current administration.

A lot of the Trans stuff is bureaucratic as hell in most places here though, so not a perfect solution even if possible.
