Well for a lot of us this was a powerful part of growing up. That picture screams nostalgia to me. Same for any movie that has a scene in a video store when my son asks what that place is...."that son is the theatre of dreams"...

Yeah, as a business it's a delicate balance. My main demographic of customers is 18-35, so for them there's no nostalgia attached. It's about a genuine alternative to streaming. I appreciate though that for some people it's like going back in time.

Hey, I have 90 year older renters here! I'm just acutely aware of being very much about the future and ensuring that a broad range of films are available for younger people who are struggling to access some of the greatest films in history.
