There’re stages of learning & experience that are supervised & monitored throughout any career.
Skipping steps is a big mistake. If there’s no evidence then there’s no check system in place!
Improve pay/conditions & the needed workforce will stay.
When they leave in droves it increases the pressure on the ones who remain until they too decide it’s just not worth it = appointments & surgeries cancelled, waitlist ⬆️
