We know people on PIPs who do not need them - they have wealthy partners/large houses etc. PIPs should be means tested are more targeted to people who actually need support, not to buy new electric cars for people who can afford 3 holidays in Turkey every year & high earning partner

What is this PIPs? If you want to make disability means tested I hope you never have a stroke, heart attack, cancer or RTC, as for holidays I’ve never had 1 & have you never heard of credit cards or debt? If the comment about cars is about mobility cars you do know they forfeit the £ & pay deposits

These things are very hard to prove. PIP assessment is a purely moral assessment— whether or not they think you are lying. They ignore any medical evidence even when it exists, which itself is sparse and hard to get.

That is how the process works. By our own count, I should have scored 8 points in total considering how bad my OCD was at the time as well.

The process is them deciding whether or not they agree with your own assessment. They didn't agree and yes we appealed, 0 points. 2 points after tribunal.
