Is this IVDD? My dog went through the same about 4 years ago, it’s a really long process even after surgery recovery takes about a year if you’re lucky. Best of luck and I’m sending you prayers.

Hydrotherapy (or just swimming) was very helpful as was acupuncture and cold laser treatments
