One thing that will never stop making me mad is when road infrastructure fucks up public transit infrastructure. Currently, a car bridge on the ring has blocked the s-bahn.

The thing about the ring is that it's an inner ring. Traffic goes around Berlin via a different ring road made of autobahns.
