I too miss the 1940s, a time when punching a nazi got you a medal instead of a court summons. he/him

How do I rest from my hobbies without feeling like I'm missing out?

I have 8 emails from the last 4 years about the automatic garage doors in my building breaking because someone drove into them. I do not miss living there.

With the new Clipse jawn dropping any day, it's a good time to check their back catalog. Banger after banger.

From what I understand, the term "outlaw" used to mean "out of the law's protection" as in no longer protected by the laws of the land. I think that's what we should do with the rich. Over $50 million and you're not longer protected by society, you're just the most dangerous game.

I only use chatbots as search engines and even then they fail so incredibly hard. "Find me this type of restaurant by the Berlin S1 line" seems to mean "find my this type of restaurant in Berlin", cause they're re-writing the map like crazy.

If you're fat, every day is leg day. It's called standing up, hon.

Wikipedia: 'Betteridge's law of headlines is an adage that states: "Any headline that ends in a question mark can be answered by the word no."' This includes questions like, "Is Tulsi Gabbard ok?"

Growing up is realizing that Elvis wasn't revolutionary because he was an amazing musician and performer, but because the 1950s America sucked.

We need to figure out a way to stop letting housing be an investment vehicle. It's the only way we can make it affordable again.

A common talking point from the right is that people are paid to be at protests. It's true: the cops are always paid to be there. None of them show up to "maintain order" for charity.

Absolutely not, Google Translate, absofuckinglutely not.

Remember when they added a traditional rap album category after Eminem won in 2000?

No notes.

If we, as a society, used cars the way we used public transportation (paying per use), people would be rioting for public transportation. Automotive financial infrastructure disconnects cost from use, making driving seem like a cheap alternative. The closest you get is at the pump.

Companies taking about their own brand is the corporate equivalent of someone telling you about their dream

I currently have ~150 games on PC. I bought 3 of them. It's not piracy. The game stores -- GOG, Steam, Epic -- give away games regularly and I just "buy" them every time there's something on offer. Not to mention the dozens of free-to-play games constantly available.

Watching people wishing an all but automated happy birthday to my Facebook friend who passed away before the pandemic is some shit.

One thing about me is that if people are showing off their cars I will always post "this is my Benz" and a picture of a city bus.

Picnic cancelled I guess?
