Then you need to reach out to your state AG. There are currently hundreds of lawsuits (maybe thousands) similar to what you’re saying.They’ll go through the courts.But even if there’s an injunction, who’s enforcing? FBI (decimated) Secret Service (handles identity theft) IRS (decimated)?

What Elon is doing would be federal crimes, not state or local crimes. Trump has the ability to have any federal law enforcement fired, and the ability to pardon any federal offense.
