yeah, that's the thing. the universities 'surrendering' to Trump want, at their highest levels, anyone sympathetic with Palestinians machine-gunned in the street, and are practically gleeful that they have a President giving them an excuse.

Columbia and NYU are not “surrendering” to the administration by censoring and brutalizing any expression of sympathy for Palestine. Their donors and directors agree with that policy on the merits.
