This I think is the argument for impact that needs to keep being emphasizing. Bigger reach than even a talk at a national conference.

For me the main reason is reach.
I just checked the latest 20 episodes; almost all of them are over 2k listens already. I’ve never lectured to that many ppl & likely never will. In tens of getting the info to as many ppl as possible, a podcast is hard to beat.
