Seeing Hero adopts from the My hero Academia series or art from it might be cool. Or Haikyuu artwork/Sports anime art ;D
I also saw Card captor Sakura and Monster rancher mentioned too, which I loved growing up and could make for fun adopts 8'D Same with Medabots and Ponies from the MLP series too!
Oban star racers 🤩 i haven't seen any fan art from that show (the whole thing is on YouTube for free. It's wholesome and super cute I very much recommend)
