It really reminded me of playing the old Racing Destruction Set back on my friend's Atari 800. Those kinds of memories are hard to replicate, so this was really fun for me.

Thanks so much! I had not heard of Racing Destruction Set before someone mentioned the likeness a month or so ago, but sure does look cool, it had a track editor and all! Makes you appreciate game engines like Godot a lot, as you can now just make something similar with very limited skills and time.

I had this on the Commodore 64! It was great making your own tracks just for your dragster to be stuck in the mud haha.

Yeah, I loved that feature to make tracks. The fact that you could make a track on the moon was so weird, and was one of those things that made me want to be a game designer.

Oh, nice. Played that one on the c64, but the cool thing was also the editor and physics, making a map with mud and ice and driving on it with a moon buggy
