Thanks for sharing. My wife is bi, and I never really understood the confusion about it. She can shop from the whole menu, not just part of it, and what she does buy doesn't define her.

My wife gets pretty much the same treatment, and at one point it made her go through an identity crisis. It’s like people see “Bisexual” and immediately think you are only gay or lesbian… like can they not read? All to say, you know you, and no one else can explain your life to you. Stay proud 😊

Had the same sort of experience w my boomer mom, who is VERY ally normally. That biphobia runs deep, man!!! Now that I’ve been w my gf for over a year she’s fine w it, tho still lightly confused 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

But she loves my gf and is very happy to have her as my partner forever, so, props to mom eventually. I think it’s just really hard for boomers to wrap their mind about bisexuality—much more so than gay or straight!!
