In my opinion... 'want' is a feeling, 'love' is a verb.
You can passively want, long for someone. But to love someone requires action - practicing love by caring for them: listening, affirming, showing kindness and gentleness.

How you feel on the inside only matters to you.
What's important to everyone else is how you treat the people you claim to love.
