In short: you can. Search "download [platform name] video" and you'll find a bunch of options, but some are a bit fishy. ALWAYS check with Virustotal at least. Btw videos I downloaded from blusky have a weird encoding and need to be re-encoded to be shared (takes a few seconds using Handbreak).
