Same on the Meta sites: When I check my FB feed (I am barely active there any more), it's full of posts from PRC 🇨🇳 government media or influencers these days. They aren't disclosed as paid ads and I don't follow them but that contents takes up so much of my feed, I assume China pays for that traffic

Yes I'm here! Giving Bluesky a shot! It's humbling to only have a handful of followers when I had 11K on Twitter. But it took DECADES to build up those followers & I was different back then. I was on Twitter daily & live tweeting shows. Now I'm only on 2 days for news/cats! Oh well. Trying this out!

True story! I think Musk bought Twitter just to destroy it because it was the one place where people still told the TRUTH! He wanted to burn it all down, draw an X through it. It's been deteriorating since he bought it in 2022. I'm still holding on but it's discouraging. Bluesky seems nice so far!
