Totally get the hype of Ben Johnson, but man I’m just not sold on him as a head coach. McVay and Shanahan are the anomalies, most great HCs succeed because they’re great in-game minds and leader of men during camp and practice.

He COULD be a great head coach someday but we don’t KNOW that. Yes, he looks brilliant as an OC, but man I’ve seen a lot of OCs look brilliant behind fantastic O-lines.
