Followed your work hungrily for years now and Hollows is one I've been waiting on for a hot minute. It has the feeling of a spark or fulcrum, like Apocalypse World was, that introduces a huge change to the medium. Future games will look to Hollows for inspiration on how to do spectacle/boss fights.
I had a dream that I made a similar system with the grid focused on the boss. Glad you beat me to it! If anyone could make such a rad concept work it's gonna be you! Best of luck!
