Purely because Wales didn’t receive a single penalty during that entire period, I reviewed that second half in detail. I had been thinking it would be ages before a really ‘obvious’ Wal offence, i.e. one that couldn’t be ignored. It took literally minutes - and there were many more afterwards too.
