In a perfect world, DEI wouldn't be necessary. But HALF THE COUNTRY voted for a xenophobic misogynist. Do you honestly think THOSE SAME PEOPLE will hire QUALIFIED minorities, women or LGBT folks? Hell no. That's why DEI is necessary. To give QUALIFIED people a fair shot in an unfair society.
