Yes, the federal court's ruling on birthright citizenship is a win but it was ALWAYS JUST A DISTRACTION. It's literally the 14TH ammendment. They knew they couldn't just change it, any more than we can change the 2nd Amendment (which we on the left should start exercising, btw). Just saying.
