On this day in 1968, the civil rights trailblazer Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated. Without him, we would not have become a society for all Americans. To preserve MLK's legacy, the Congressional Black Caucus will continue work together to protect DEI. Rest in power, Dr. King.
