They are such wonderful birds, great to listen to during breeding season and also fun to watch. They really don’t fly unless it’s absolutely necessary.
They don’t make that sound. They are members of the cuckoo family and they make interesting cooing sounds and other noises. I have never seen them interact with Wile E. Coyote either. 😄
