Btw if DeepSeek used just their outputs, it wouldn't really even mean breach of copyright, as outputs cannot be classified as copyrightable work. At least in my jurisdiction ( EU country).

I was talking about this on Instagram the other day and someone in the AI industry tried to tell me that deepseek was so cheap because it was trained on copyrighted information and US companies don't do that and I laughed out loud.
