I'm very concerned about how quickly passports have been weaponized against transgender people. Imo this is just as dangerous as having 'jew' stamped on identity papers.

. @theguardian.com NEEDS to publish this whole cable immediately. only a cis person could omit the actual language limiting it to athletes when the legal 'reasoning' (updated marker = fraud) clearly enables targeting all trans travelers "misrepresenting their... sex."
