Good advice. The company I work for decided to end their copilot test and generative AI pilot program. The decision was made for a variety of reasons but the cost isn’t worth the benefit — we certainly don’t “need” it.

Going off this I wonder how easy it would be to set up a locally run AI that spits out prompts to send to ChatGPT ad infinitum or at regular intervals throughout the day, just as a kind of activity spoofing mechanism that makes it impossible for them to get any real data about you.
