I keep thinking we should just mostly abolish pronouns and refer to people by the first letter of their name; far less room for ambiguity.

My simple solution: everyone speak Thai.

I don’t really know Thai well enough to be certain, but I believe the only pronoun gender markers are for first person. Can any Thai speakers confirm?
