Everything is going to keep inflating unless a cooperative federal govt. legislates rent / mortgage caps. My rent / utilities doubled from 2016 to 2025–my income did not. Corporations can absolutely pay better, but it’s a stretch to think they can double employee incomes company wide. 15 year caps!
