Everything is going to keep inflating unless a cooperative federal govt. legislates rent / mortgage caps. My rent / utilities doubled from 2016 to 2025–my income did not. Corporations can absolutely pay better, but it’s a stretch to think they can double employee incomes company wide. 15 year caps!

Friends, if you're middle-aged, like me, & can't get your resistance levels/titers checked for Measles/Mumps/Rubella, as long as you don't have underlying concerns with vax side-effects, the health pros I've spoken with don't see any harm in just getting a booster. Took me 10 min at CVS, same-day.
