To come back after this, we’re going to need to ram through the biggest agenda imaginable—universal programs and a step-by-step dismantling of the systemic loopholes the conservative movement relies on.
The left needs something like that. An anti-fascism pledge to stand up for vulnerable communities under attack with federal legislation.
No more Manchins or Sinemas.
The tent isn’t big enough for Third Way collaborators.
We need a Democratic Party willing to play hardball. Cut off funding. Hit ‘em with a new civil rights bill.
