This was a really lovely show that got barely any promotion, even by the generally shameful standards of Apple's marketing department. And because it's a pure anthology, you could watch any episode at random if the description sounds interesting to you, and not miss anything.

Apple TV+ is free this weekend. My utterly biased suggestion: Little America. Every ep is a short film based on true stories of immigrants to America. Some are funny, some are moving, some are thrilling. We wanted to make a show about immigrants that was, before all else, entertaining.
