It seems strange to attack the one Dem Senator who is holding rallies and telling people that the U.S. government has been captured by oligarchs when the other 46 are pretending that everything is normal.

Addressing fascism by mass mobilization may be more effective than anything to be done in DC.

I agree. There are many who still feel either powerless or were not engaged. They thought their jobs were done. Yet others were cavalier about what is happening. This allows folks to voice their grievances, feel heard, and the message is out there that something must and can be done by the masses.

Can’t solve the fascism until you give people a viable alternative—and ‘back to normal’ is not it because that is what they rejected. At least Sanders is trying to provide that alternative, which is far more than most other Dems.

Yes, of course. We should massively tax & regulate billionaires & roll back Citizens United & all of the other things. But we can do that immediately after the clear & present danger to the Republic is removed. Otherwise, none of it will matter.
