He was nearly a foot taller than me, so any time I tried to watch him in the kitchen (very “no recipes, just vibes”), his pinch of this or dash of that was way larger than mine 😅

Beauuuuuutiful! (And that's very funny about the height.) You're really going to enjoy the podcast, because it involves plenty of happy dad memories, though just to warn you, it also involves some grieving for parents—though in that bittersweet way where you're remembering the joy you had together!
One of the things I was most excited to hear about! I make these lemon sticky rolls and the dough has always been a little dry and disappointing, but if I use this gelatinization technique I think I can improve them.
