Here in Ohio we got the very anti-LGBTQ governor to stand down from signing a very awful law that would have forbidden gender-affirming healthcare for kids and adults. It took a lot of people and a lot of organizing, but it can be done.

It seems hopeless. I get it. But I'm not backing down here.

I don’t care what a fellow trans woman has done. Sentencing her to be raped is unacceptable. Reporting a trans woman to the police during this time is considered an act of betrayal against all of us. It says “I am okay with you being violently raped if it means I don’t have to deal with you anymore”
