Some of where this is coming from is likely my "paladin of baked goods" DnD character I played when we did a lab game shortly after I started. I made a literal "roll" table listing different kinds of breads, for whenever I wanted to reach into my knapsack to gift a loaf to someone.

I do not regret to inform you there was additional Mystery Tiny Bread in my office when I got in this morning (4 jams, toaster, plated toast slice). I like that the person(s) doing this know my enjoyment of it is like my enjoyment of puns, which is insatiable and unflagging.
