I feel like I need to apologise to Xiran Jay Zhao. I re-read Iron Widow and had a much better time with it than last time I read it. I still think it has flaws, the pacing is waaay too fast, but knowing more about the author made me me understand a lot of the choices better. I’m excited for book 2!
