I think they tried initially with big swole but that didn't quite work out. Especially because people cried about the Tooth n Nail match being on the card.

Swole was legit one of my favorite Women's wrestlers in AEW and deserved better. Late in 2024, I remember listening to a wrestling podcast where they were baffled Cedric Alexander didn't follow the Hurt Business to AEW. I guess they didn't know or didn't remember he's married to Swole...

I always found Swole a weird case of two steps forward ONE step back. Great promo but it always felt like in ring work never got higher than "fairly adequate"

I think Swole was also a victim of that post-Tony tweet on how she wasn't good - a rarity for him even to this day on wrestlers. Helped marginalize someone that was a great team player going into pandemic and a few months into it
