This is the single greatest argument that our Constitution is fatally flawed and no longer functional.
Judges who should be sanctioning lawyers—
And SCOTUS' opinion on the deportation case this week hung Boasberg out to dry—not a good sign.
This is a John Roberts failure that we could be discussing more.
They won't engage with the lawlessness because they know that when they do, when they decisively tell Trump no, he will tell them to go F themselves.
And then SCOTUS' power is over.
