I'm a trans woman. I've been using the women's restroom for 14 years. I'm not going to go back to the men's room now for any reason. Sarah McBride is one person. Sarah McBride doesn't stand for me. So I don't stand for Sarah McBride.
We're not going back.
We're not going back.

This is such a dumb move on Sarah's part. She's condemning all trans people to horrible fates by not fighting back. open.substack.com/pub/erininth...

Even if she has other information, the optics of this is just "capitulation"
“…content of their character, not the color of their skin” was the goal. McBride needn’t be didactic. As horrible as it was, public opinion was moved more by seeing white people mistreat peaceful black people.

You are not a public figure. You get to do what you want as you always have. Feel badly for her.
It was about putting the word out that "trans women aren't women" and agreeing to their demands is L basically accepting this statement
She's a trans woman in politics, she doesn't really get to pick that.
Which sadly, alot of the general pop think is what we are so worked up about.
If the people that oppress us are going to play the people game then we are going to have to aswell.
Next they'll probably make dead naming and misgendering her mandatory.
The rules she’s “sighing but going along with” literally do not impact her.
