I traveled to the Mediterranean last fall. Due to an "uptick" in measles in Portugal (thanks, anti-vaxxers) my doctor advised I get a measles booster tho I was fully vaccinated as a child in the 1960s. If you were vaccinated ages ago, might be a good time to check with your doctor about a booster.
