I traveled to the Mediterranean last fall. Due to an "uptick" in measles in Portugal (thanks, anti-vaxxers) my doctor advised I get a measles booster tho I was fully vaccinated as a child in the 1960s. If you were vaccinated ages ago, might be a good time to check with your doctor about a booster.

Lots of energy in downtown San Francisco today outside the offices of @schiff.senate.gov and @padilla.senate.gov. Thanks to @indivisible.org for organizing. We loudly encouraged the Senators to get recapture the power of the purse in D.C. and not help anyone who is destroying democracy.

I went to my Congressman's local office today. First off, they were surprised that I was there. They said they had been getting phone calls, but I was the first walk-in. That said, the phones were not ringing off the hook. If the DC phone lines are busy, try calling the local office.
