It is chilling.
Yup. Turkey is fine. It's the above that gives me nostalgic magic.
To remind us all of the work to grow the food, truck the food, stage the food in pretty piles.
Instead tRumpo and his administration of degenerates prefer to dehumanize these workers.
Goes to:
Farm workers are the backbone of our society. No food=collapse of civilization.
And carrot greens are awesome in bean pate, too! I am going to experiment with other bits we usually trim and chuck, as well. Please keep me posted on your use of what we often call food waste, ok?
I know my favourite is almost certainly already said, but second favourite seems unlikely to have been covered
(I love all the food... But I also really love the wine haha)

Gracias por tu trabajo.
THIS is education!!!
Bird & beans & cheese from CA, potatoes from Idaho farms 🥰
But Okra soaked in lemon and then boiled in fresh tomatoes is my favorite dish.
Thank you farm workers. Your health and safety are important. ♡♡

Always pie.
GRACIAS A TODOS !!
I live near a Cranberry region one year I went to a farm and picked my own berries.
I appreciate Farm Workers! 😍
Also what's the temperature out there?
That’s because squash vines are intensely irritating to the skin, especially as they get drier close to harvest.
They’re then dumped back out into rows to be collected for sorting and packing.’
Thank you for this, and all the work agriculture workers do to put food on our tables.
Thanks to your members for all they do!
Why?
They’re then dumped back out into rows to be collected for sorting and packing.
This bee swarm was spotted while Camilla and her crew were out working in the San Joaquin Valley. They left their bee colleagues alone, and just worked around this tree.

Why is he dumping the bags?
In deepest gratitude 🙏
We all thank you very much for the hard work. Backbreaking work. 🙏🏼
Homemade cornbread
Turkey drippings
Onion
Chopped boiled egg
Celery, sage, spices
Crumble cornbread, mix, bake.
Juanito sent this video of a skilled crew of workers harvesting at the pace of the rolling processing platform. Celery juice is caustic to exposed skin (google ‘celery blisters’).
Thank you, immigrants and anyone else, willing to do this kind of work so I can buy celery at the store!!!
American consumers take so much for granted.
A look behind the scenes of where our food comes from would be eye-opening for many.
Thanks to Juanito, and you, for sharing!
... rice pilaf.
The bags are dumped back out into rows to be collected for sorting and packing.
Each worker harvests at least 6,000 lbs daily. To do this they climb up and down ladders harvesting apples by hand to fill their 60 lb bags. It takes 20 trips up and down to fill a bin.
Looks like Onions?
Thank you for your time.
☺️🙏🕊
Now that makes sense!
I am grateful for you and all UFW workers!
May your Today and every tomorrow be filled w/Grace, Peace, Hope, Love, Happiness and Laughter
My favorite dishes are chive mashed potatoes, yams, and cranberry sauce topped with pomegranate seed. All veggies- fruits thanks to you. Happy Thanksgiving 🍁

1) Deviled Eggs (I know not traditional, but I love these things so much I make then whenever there's a "party")
2) Pumpkin Pie
Thank you, farmers! You are the true backbone of the human race.
I haven't seen cauliflower in the replies. Do you have any insight into how it's harvested?
