If you have not been given the advice by other MtG friends, let me share what mine told me! "If you just want specific cards, wait a month (after June) and then go to either TCGplayer or CardKingdom and buy the singles you want online."
Continued very abbreviated advice: "the FFXIV commander deck coming out, Scions & Spellcraft, should be able to pick that up from just about any retailer without paying much markup."
