I’m not a Bernie guy but at least when he asked for small donations he also refused most of the traditional dem fundraising from big corporate donors.

I've seen a lot of bad takes about the election, but no one is insane enough to suggest Harris lost because of money even on Twitter. They outspent Trump by like a factor of 3. Better to burn your cash for warmth than donate to the national party.

My lasting anger from 2009 onwards is that these huge political mailing lists aren’t used for actual organizing. Like we have people on here begging their 2000 followers to join ballot curing phone banks, while the party bosses with 15 million emails use it only as a tin cup
