my youngest doesn’t really remember how life was before his issues, so it has a level or normality.
However my teenagers life has changed so drastically that we’re not only balancing the physical issues but the mental and emotional impacts as well.

COVID vaccines do not prevent you from catching COVID but they do reduce the severity, reduce mortality. So they are extremely important.
Get vaccinated, stay vaccinated.

But yes, masks and air filters are good protections.
Unfortunately the virulent MAGA crazies have made it impossible to have reasonable protections in place.

Keeping your tires properly inflated doesn’t protect very well from picking up a nail, but it does prevent or limit several other tire-related problems.
Wouldn’t you make tire inflation an ongoing priority?
