This version of the "pre-crime police state" ordinance is as foul as the last version. It's been sprinkled with additional curfew legalese but is a massive expansion of CPD authority with no meaningful check.

looks like the public safety committee is set to reconvene this afternoon at 1 pm on the curfew proposal.
