I made yusheng 魚生. A new year dish from Malaysia/Singapore.
My version has carrot, cucumber, white and yellow pickled daikon, pickled ginger, seaweed salad, jellyfish, coriander, crushed peanuts, fried wonton wrappers, sesame and raw salmon.
