Hmmmm, insofar as Bostock ostensibly only applies to the Civil Rights Act, and hasn't yet been made part of the Equal Protection Clause itself, would there be an issue about applying an earlier statute to invalidate a later one? I actually don't know if there's precedent for this sort of thing

Only need to reach that analysis if Bostock is still good precedent, and I think that stopped being true once ACB replace RBG. All but confirmed a couple weeks back when they let Hegseth drive everyone out of the military for the dishonor of being trans.
