Funny story - I used to play accordion in a polka band with my good friends for fun. During one of our breaks I was invited to dance the polka. I sucked at it but it was a great cardio workout! 👍🏼👍🏼

I can teach anyone to dance, AND make it fun! The biggest component to dancing is losing your inhibition and having fun.

I want to add that while we have that here, a lot of school districts, both red and blue, have eliminated them because of budget cuts. I've worked and been involved in a myriad of school districts for 20 years and it's been sad to see a number of them flounder with lack of funds and parental support
