I use the feeling of being an imposter as a motivator, sorta. If I don't feel like an imposter, then I don't feel like I'm actually challenging myself enough to effectively "level up".
It'll come and go, like any unwelcome thought, but just making a habit of reminding yourself of your achievements and progress helps quiet those thoughts.
Its difficult but you can train yourself out of it by repeating to yourself "I'm doing my best and that's the most anyone can ask" and "by being only me, there's no one else I can be".
I don't think so, you mostly just adjust and find ways to include it in your self motivating internal dialogue, as far as I know. I think it's part of the reason I'm so set on proving myself to myself-
